My most comprehensive package; coordination assistance throughout the entire planning process. Services include:
- Introductory meeting where I will get to know you, your fiancé and your family. Tell me your vision of the dream wedding, your story as a couple, your likes, dislikes, interests and hobbies.
- Unlimited communication between you and I through the conclusion of your wedding weekend*
- Venue selection
- Curated list of 4-5 venues for us to visit; pre-vetted. No need to waste your weekends seeing dozens of places. The work is already done!
- Contract negotiation
- Liaison between you the and venue – ironing out details to ensure your day will be perfect
- Vendor selection – from the caterer, to restroom trailer I will provide a list of seasoned vendors for you to choose from
- I will coordinate all meetings and interviews/ handle communication between client and vendor

- Communicate your vision to florists, designers, caterers etc.
- Ensure décor is set as planned

- Venue selection, menu, seating, coordinate décor with venue/vendor
- Orchestrate transportation to/from/between events
- Create a timeline to share with your vendors and entire wedding party – everyone will know where to be and when to be there!

- Assist with seating chart – etiquette and those details you don’t think of

* Response to email and phone communication guaranteed between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F (non holidays) excepting event weekend. Weekend communication at convenience of organizer.
