This package is for those couples who have started the planning process, but want some assistance with the finishing touches.
Services include:
- A handover meeting where I will learn where you are in the planning process, and begin taking responsibility – keeping you apprised along the way.
- Vendor Coordination
- Communicate your vision to florists, DJ/Band, caterers etc.
- Ensure décor is set as planned
- Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal
- Create a timeline to share with your vendors and entire wedding party – everyone will know where to be and when to be there!
- Create your floor plan
- Assist with seating chart – etiquette and those details you don’t think of
- Create Facilities plan for the venue/caterer
- Create a detailed floor plan
- All the little details
- Creating a hospitality basket for restrooms
- Tipping vendors
- Etiquette and flow of ceremony and reception
Please note: For 2023 and beyond, partial planning services are offered based on my availability, and pricing varies depending upon the scope of your event .
* Response to email and phone communication guaranteed between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F (non holidays) excepting event weekend. Weekend communication at convenience of organizer.
** Planning and coordination of additional events beyond the main wedding day are subject to additional fees.
