Wedding Planning
No matter at what level we work together, my ultimate goal is to be fully in the know for your wedding weekend. This way you, your fiancé, and your families can simply arrive at your wedding, be present and in the moment. You will have the trust in me to make decisions when things inevitably arise, and I will have the knowledge to execute your day according to your vision.
Full-Service Package – Our relationship will begin from the moment we sign until the last guest departs. I will connect you with every vendor from the venue, caterer, band/DJ, florist, photographer, rental company, and more. I will also assist in securing guest accommodations, and setting up guest transportation. As a part of the full package, I will help you come up with a design plan so everything is seamless and coordinated. Details
Partial Service Package – This package is for those couples who have begun the planning process and need help getting to the finish line. Once we begin, I will start being included in vendor communication, and at your comfort level, begin taking over some of that communication. I will help you find any remaining vendors and assist with putting the finishing touches on your day. Partial services are offered on a limited basis, and pricing varies depending upon the scope of your event. Details
Full Weekend Support – This package includes everything in the full-service package as well as both welcome/rehearsal dinner planning and coordination and farewell brunch planning and coordination. I will be with you from Thursday afternoon when the weekend festivities begin, through Sunday afternoon when everybody departs, ensuring a memorable and cohesive weekend experience for you and your guests.
